He was my teacher and "friend"....
My "first
guitar lesson with Ted Greene" on January 13, 1983... This is one of the very first lesson sheets that I have been graced
with on my first day with Ted.
Here we are "Learning the Basic Chord Forms with Root in the Bass Voicing"
It was my job to pencil in the "Degree of Scale" on each chord form and do my best to figure out what the "Chord Construction" actually was. I was quite surprised to know that I had done quite well with very few mistakes.
This lesson was definitely a brain buster :)
