Today we are continuing to showcase a few new tracks from my ”Experiments in Sound” series.

This is Volume 3 of a 4 part series and today’s featured tracks are “Frankenstein Jr.” and “The Magic Carpet”.

Frankenstein JR..! It’s a mad Monster Party and you’re invited…
(Edgar Winter and Rick Derringer built their Frankenstein and I went into my “Sound Laboratory” and made my own Monster.. LOL)
I used several of Digidesign’s software virtual instruments (Hybrid & Xpand) to provide a wild accompaniment to the Grinding guitar tracks recorded with my Strat and Marshall half stack!

The Magic Carpet takes us to lands of far away danger and intrigue and features my 68’ Gibson SG  and Line6 Flextone3 amp as well as my Ovation 12 string recorded direct using a BBE DI-100 Direct Box. Both tracks make use of “BFD drums” by fxpansion and as always,
